Hello lovely readers!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I know, I know, I'm late by an hour, but I couldn't manage to find time during the day to post. I hope everyone had an amazing day filled with family, friends, and of course FOOD!! I had an awesome day with my family. My entire family (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) went to an aunt's house for Thanksgiving dinner and let me just say, we thoroughly enjoyed expanding our waistlines! I'm vegetarian, so I didn't eat the turkey, but there was so much other yummy food, too, so I definitely wasn't hungry at the end of the day. =)
And of course, now that Thanksgiving is over, it's time for my 2nd favorite holiday (Christmas, being my 1st), Black Friday! Yes, it's a holiday! We celebrate holidays, and Black Friday is definitely a reason to celebrate, soooooo for me, Black Friday equals Holiday =) I won't be waking up in the middle of the night to go shopping, but I will hopefully get up early enough to catch some of the sales. I don't really have anything in particular that I want or need to buy other than Christmas gifts for some people. Are any of you going Black Friday shopping, and if so, what stores and deals are you looking out for!?
I know I've been slacking on posts, but I have good excuses! I had an exam on Monday and ended up going to the Today Show's Bon Jovi concert at Rockefeller Plaza in NYC! I had a fantastic time, but I lost a TON of sleep. My cousin, sister, and I woke up at 3:00 AM (YES, in the middle of the night!) and ended up getting to Rockefeller Plaza at 5:30 AM. It was dark and super cold, and when we got there, there were TONS and TONS and TONS of people there already! We were pretty far from the stage, but were still able to see them initially. But then the fans up front started putting up their signs and since the stage was low, it became harder to see them. But it's okay! I loved it anyway! Hearing them live was just awesome! It's an experience I'll never forget! I'm posting a few pics from the concert, so enjoy!
