Hello lovelies!!
I'm so so so so so so so so so sorry that I haven't posted in over a week! I was so busy with family stuff and school work that I couldn't find time to blog. Sad, I know!! However, in breaks between classes, I was able to go to Target, the Dollar Tree, Marshalls, and the mall by my campus today. So here is a picture of the things I got:
1. L.A. COLORS Expressions 6 Color Eyeshadow Palette
I got the palette in Cafe Au Lait (BEP414). I've heard good stuff about L.A. COLORS but have never tried their shadows. I'm excited to swatch these and see if they're just as good as people say! I'll post swatches soon! In case you're wondering, I picked this up at my local Dollar Tree for just a buck!
2. L'Oreal Bare Naturale gentle mineral eye shadow in Bare Lavender 516
I've never tried L'Oreal's mineral line, so I'm really anxious to try this eye shadow out. It's a gorgeous lavender color. It was on clearance at Walgreens for $2.50. Hmmm, I wonder if this means that it's being discontinued?
3. Rimmel Sexy Curves Waterproof Mascara in the color 001 Black Noir
I'm still on a search for my "Holy Grail" mascara, so I picked this up for a couple bucks in Walgreens.
4. O by Oscar de la Renta sunglasses
I went to my Marshalls to see if they had any high end makeup being sold there. Sadly, they didn't. But!!! Yes, there's a but! I was walking aimlessly through the aisles, and my eyes fell on these really cool retroish sunglasses! They are part of Oscar de la Renta's O line. The best part about these awesome sunglasses is that they were $10! That's a bargain! Let me know if you want closeup pictures! They also had gorgeous black Marc Jacobs sunglasses, but they were $40, which is not my college student budget unfortunately haha
5. Forever 21
I also went to Forever 21 and found this nice silver necklace and a set of 3 pairs of earrings. I wanted "pearl" earrings so I figured why not just get the 3 pair pack. I'm excited to wear them, especially the rhinestone flower pair. The best part, they cost only $3.80! I usually buy gold necklaces, I have no idea why considering I like silver more than gold, so this time I decided, I would walk out with a silver necklace in hand! and girls, that is exactly what I did!! Now I just need to find a top to wear it with =)
6. Buffing block by Trim
I made a quick stop at Target since I needed to replace my old buffing block. I love Trim's block! It works great! It evens out my nails and makes my nail polish go on so smoothly. I'll try to post a swatch of my nail after each step (there are four steps to this buffering block) soon! It cost a little under $2 at Target. There are also 7 step buffering blocks, but I'm not really that particular about my nails, so I just go with the 4 step.
I hope you guys liked what you read! I'll be posting swatches, reviews, and stuff soon...I know, I know, I said that last time and it didn't happen. I promise, this time I'll post the swatches!!
XOXO
